I am getting the error "The status line is: HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden" while checking positions. But while checking the Profile there is no error. Is it because I am testing it when markets are closed and there is nothing in my Holdings?
A 403 would mean that your session is expired. You can also check the error message to know the exact error. You can check all the Kite Connect exceptions here.
