Getting an error while running program using cmd

I'm getting below error when I try to run a program(kite.orders()) using command prompt while the same program is working fine through IDE(pycharm)

from cryptography.hazmat.bindings._constant_time import lib
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'cryptography.hazmat.bindings._constant_time'

Please help me to get this error resolved.

Can you try pip install cryptography --force-reinstall from cmd and then try above command.

The most probable reason for this is that you are running it on 2 separate versions of python, one in pycharm and other in cmd
