Is there a way for API to access exceptional notifications like "BO not allowed", etc?

Other examples like: "Margins higher than normal", "Zerodha experiencing data issues"
Even better if it is at some other api endpoint other than the Kite APIs when something like "KiteAPIs not working"

or maybe something simple like "IsNormalToTrade"?

We do update our bulletin during any exception and special scenarios.

@sujith I understand. What I meant is a simple access via a publicly hosted json file just to indicate whether all systems are normal and whether all kind of orders are allowed. A simple flag like, "AllTradesAllowed:true", "AllSystemsNormal:true". This will help the automation.
