API to fetch the stock value

Hi,
I am an individual and want to write an API to pull value for stocks.
I don't want to make an APP as such so I don't have any Redirect URL or Postback URL.
Please guide me to get the api_key.

    A postback URL is not a mandatory field and redirect URL can be your localhost as well.
