GetAccessToken Issue

When I am going to GetAccessToken with the Use of request Token its show error Like "GETACCESSTOKEN(OVERLOAD) : Value cannot be null."

This is works fine Yesterday but now today we got error like above.

1.Link provided from your end to download latest version doesn't not have any link to download Excel third party application(VBA.dotnet)
2. Please do clarify, Link is provided based on subscription?, If so mention charges..
