Crude oil candle stick - need clarification

pls have a look on my screenshots, it showing different time format also i have selected 15min candle stick, i feel it seems wrong

time also showed something past times, you can see the current time in my system status bar ( right side bottom of the screen )
pls look one by one

    We rechecked historical data for CRUDEOIL DEC FUT now but couldn't find any discrepancy either in OHLCV data or timestamp.
    Do let us know if you face it again.

    strongly i can prove it, today also there is a missed data or non reguralar data via socket and chat too
    i have posted in another discussion, pls have a look
