Crude oil data or chart

pls have a look on my data for crude oil, i am watching market

it showing last trade price 4127, after it there were no tick or no movement on chart

suddenly chart went up 4144, how i can do the trade if i getting false data or data missing

pls visit my screenshot of tick data which i saved into my local system
