Latest day historical data not available

When I tried to query historical data upto 04-12-2019, the last available day was only 03-12-2019. This is happening for any stock I tried.

    kite.historical_data(instrument_token="token_for_INFY:NSE'", from_date='2019-01-01', to_date='05-12-2019', interval='day', continuous=False)

    This is the sample query. It seems to be working now, but, data for 4th dec, 2019 was not available unto around 8:30AM. It was working for many months before this, has there been any change to the time latest data is updated?

    There was some issue with the BHAV copy published by the exchange and hence it was not updated.

    Alright, please update beforehand if you plan to make any changes

    Like I have mentioned above, it was not a change from us. It was the exchange file that had the issue.
