I have web application hosted on US data center where I am updating my login token and copied to DB for further use. It was working fine for 1 year and getting error now while updating token. How can i put this IP in safe zone. What are the changes do i need to perform to fix it. It's web service call and i can't fill out reCaptcha information.

Why do I have to complete a CAPTCHA?

What can I do to prevent this in the future?
