Anomaly in "Consolidated list of Scrips" data

Hey Team,

For the last few days, I am seeing the information provided in the following spreadsheet is not consistent

Example BO orders are allowed on RBL according to the sheet, but my orders are failing for the last 3 days.

I place orders using kite API's, is it possible to provide an API for the same. Maintaining data in the spreadsheet is error-prone, please consider creating an API.

Hey Team,

Today's anomalies TFCILTD, BGRENERGY (according to sheet BO orders are allowed)
Also, TFCILTD is present in both sheet (allowed and blocked)
