Unable to subscribe to Historical Data

I am unable to pay for a subscription to the Historical Data.

I wonder how you would want us to get it if there is no way to buy it.

    A user can subscribe to an add-on subscription on any active Kite Connect app details page. It seems to be working fine.
    Can you let us know what is the error message?
