Sometimes correct "Positions" not displayed in "https://kite.zerodha.com/positions"

I successfully placeOrder via using Kite API and I got the correct order_id in response whose status is "COMPLETED" . But, the issue is that in https://kite.zerodha.com/positions sometimes positions not displayed ,but sometimes it displayed. Although, I got correct notifications for order placed in my account. Why this happens .

NOTE: I put a gap of 5 second between each order place and exit order.
