My algo trades from AWS, order placing latency used to be 0.05s but for the past two days it is 0.3s, what happened, why latency has increased?

today it took 5.500290393829347s for my order to be placed. Why this much latency?

There seems to be packet loss at the AWS, we have reported them to take a look at this. We are waiting for their reply.
