How to get URL of a stock option without ID number

Dear All,
Please help me in letting know , How to get option chain chart without option code .For example from the below URL
https://kite.zerodha.com/chart/web/ciq/NFO-OPT/DRREDDY20MAR2400CE/13703170

13703170 in the end of the URL is option ID and cannot be identified from anywhere .Please let me know if there is an other way of using the URL without ID . I am using it under web browser to check the charts rapidly
