Buying rejected with "Invalid UserId" message.

When i am trying to buy stocks in the kite desktop platform, getting rejected with "Invalid Userid" message. How this can be possible when i am logged in my kite account with the same user-id? My account is recently created (less than 24) and i hope that is not a issue. Please, help me with this.
