How I Get request_token using program

Can I Get request_token using a program?
I want to create a program which no need to enter any manual value.
My strategy will decide the order and automatically placed an order. I just run a service ... that's all.
For that I need request_token.... Can some help me for same

    It is mandatory by the exchange that a trader has to log in manually at least once a day. We don't recommend automating login.
