Ticks data post market hours

Hi,

I have 2 questions:
1. What is the current frequency of receiving Ticks data on a subscribed instrument ?
2. I am not receiving the tick feed on weekends, is this bcoz the market is closed?

Users won't receive ticks if markets are closed.
