RMS:Client not enable in this product error while trading

Hi I am doing CNC and MArket for a stock. Looks like there are sellers there. But whenever i opt to trade it is giving me the errror ":RMS:Client not enable in this product"
What could be the possible reasons. I am new to zerodha as well as stocks
