About subscription

I m trying to subscribe and purchase your kite api. for 2000 rs. But i m not able to do it. it shows me in sufficient balance. but i have balance of 1 lac in my account.

Can you please help me regarding this? this is really important and urgent thing i have to do.

    You need to go to the billing section and add credits from Zerodha account.

    i changed my zerodha login password. is it reason for the problem ?

    Sure sir we will try it now I pay using internet banking ? So is there same issue raised when it is going to be auto renewed ?

    No, this won't happen again. It was some config issue at the backend for some users.
