Error Parsing instrument tokens. reasons for its occurrence?

• Lost ticker connection.
  

Could this occur if same tokens are being subscribed more than once?

Like

• Once here
  
• and then inside OnConnect

Error parsing instrument tokens is when a user sends invalid instruments tokens.
Kite Ticker won't throw this error if you subscribe twice for the same token.

Losing ticker connection is different. It can happen because of various reasons but not related to the above error.
