Regarding 2000 credit

I bought 2000 credit and I deleted the app and tried to create new app with subscribed 2000 credit but I am not able to create throwing message as you don't have credits

Please guide me someone what I did wrong??

A debit is posted for creating a new Kite Connect app. Once you subscribe to an app, it is valid for a month.

Hey i did the payment and recieved the payment confirmation from razor pay but that credits was not reflecting in zerodha how i can contact to zerodha and get the things sort it out?
