Ticker Token Subscription Problem

I have problem of tick data, in which while subscribing for tokens five times in which two times gives me no data(Tick Size =0). I want perfect data every time, tell me about the problem. Is there any limit on how many times user can subscribe??

Note: About subscription , in android app when I close the app and again start that time it gives no ticker data
