I have subscribed to both Candle and Streaming API. Billing shows "linked to Zerodha account", But currently credit = 0.
1) When my current subscription ends, would u be automatically deducting money from Zerodha for auto-subscription(if linked with Zerodha account) OR do I have to manually add credit from Zerodha to Kite.trade and hence account would be suspended(if I don't manually move money).
2) Also when someone renews subscription AFTER SUSPENSION FOR FEW MONTHS, do u change API key and API secret ?
3) What is "PAUSE APP" feature... If I subscribe on 1st March then it should end on 30th March, But if I "PAUSE APP" for 10 days then subscription will end on 9th April ... Is that right ?
Kite.trade will not reflect your funds from Zerodha account. During renewal, we just check if user has enough credits on Kite.trade, if not we will check and deduct from Zerodha account. If you don't have enough funds in Zerodha account also then app will not be renewed.
You can deposit credits and activate app anytime. Hence there will be no changes to API key and API secret.
Hi, It is not an option to pause your subscription. It will just stop your App from working. This option is available for scenario wherein your App is compromised or you want to test something.
