Order request timed out Error and meaning of the same

hi all i tried placing orders and got below errors. when we get below error can we trust that order id to read order book and see if its filled cancelled or any other status ? also what is the meaning of this error ?

If you get timeout error then you won't receive order id in the response. You can check out the exception syntax here.
