Get Position api out of sync with kite console

Hi @sujith ,
When I hit this api https://api.kite.trade/portfolio/positions , the response is not in sync with the positions I see in kite console.
And I get same response for 10mins. It changes every 10mins. So my question is whether this api returns latest position details or value gets updated periodically by some intervals.
