Get Stocks List & Historical Chart of Both NSE & BSE

Is there any API which we can use to search stocks and get historical chart with all time frame ?
i have a plain PHP Website with Stock market related blog
we are looking to give historical charts with list.
please reply from where i can get it

In order to get Historical Data, you need to enter the required instrument token from this instrument list, with the required candle time frame. You can go through Historical candle APIs documentation.
