When will the Request count reset? (The status line is: HTTP/1.1 429 Too Many Requests)

I perhaps exceeded the rate limit due to a bug in my code (which continuously invoked `getHoldings()` for ~20mins).
Now I am getting `429 Too Many Requests`. When will the rate limit reset?
