I am using getQuote to get the OI data from specific contracts. I want to store OI data so that i can use it to calculate change in OI % etc. I saved the data yesterday around 4-6pm and today when i was trying to match the data with NSE site there was mismatch between the OI hence not able to calculate change in OI % Am i doing something wrong or time of saving the data was wrong
The exchange allows institutions to settle or close positions after market hours. Hence you need to use the OI provided in the BHAV copy since it includes the post-settlement data for the day.
