Get Order Margins API(/margins/orders) gives exception "INVALID:TATACHEM20OCT300CE"

KiteConnect.InputException: error creating rmscore position: instrument not found: INVALID:TATACHEM20OCT300CE.
I get this sometimes. This morning this request worked but now its does not work,

From the above error message, it looks you are sending the wrong exchange name field. Can you paste here the complete params you are sending?
