Was it just me , or others faced an issue in quote api ? the call was not returning any data during morning hours.

Getting "exceptions.NetworkException: Maximum allowed order requests exceeded." for just 3 orders today. Anyone seeing this issue

Is this error occurring inside Websocket streaming?
Can you paste the complete error stack trace here?
