Pyjtom PIP installation error for Twisted wheel

I installed python 3.9 version but when I tried to install Twisted-18.7.0-cp37-cp37m-win_amd64.whl i am getting below error.
ERROR: Twisted-18.7.0-cp37-cp37m-win_amd64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform.
Please suggest
