issue in NIFTY50 and SENSEX

Hello team,
since last 10 days we are facing issue while getting socket feeds of
SENSEX (zscriptid :265)
and
NIFTY50 (zscriptid : 256265)
we are facing issue from 9:20 AM to 9:30 AM after that it works fine.
is there any thing changed from your end for above 2 scripts/symbols
we getting message "undefined" .
and after 9.30 without change anything it displays rates automatically .
so can you please give me some focus on this , please

We just checked and haven't encountered the above issue at our end. Can you paste log with a timestamp for the above issue? We will investigate further on this.
