How can I get request_token using php ?

I don't want to redirect "https://kite.zerodha.com/connect/login?v=3&api_key=xxxxxxx'" . Without redirect to login page can I have request_token using credentials?

    It is mandatory by the exchange that a user has to log in manually at least once a day. We don't recommend automating the login flow.
