Trades from publisher key not updating

Hi,
My publisher API key is nas1u4zc1qf1x2x3 and orders have been raised with this API key for the last 3 days but the same is not reflecting in the Order Log. It used to reflect earlier but not now.

We are not logging orders for now. We will enable it soon. We have that data somewhere else, we will dump it soon.
