Expired Contracts Data

Now in February, if I need January Futures and Options data of any FNO Stock/Index , currently it's not possible (only possible is daily candle, which we can get in NSE site itself). Is there any idea of implementing them?
1) Is there any timeline for the same?
2) As of now, for intraday data (such as 5 min) of expired contracts data, can you suggest me any website names?

Maybe you can contract any of the nse authorized data vendor.
