Get the High and Low of previous hour of the same day

Hi. I do not have a subscription to historical API. Is there any way I can get the high and low prices of multiple scrips for the past hour. For example, I run my code at 11 AM, I would like high and low points for particular scrips from 10 AM to 11 AM. Thank you.

No, Quote APIs only have OHLC for today till that period, not for any specific interval.
