documentation and library code don't match

OHLC in the documentation on https://kite.trade/docs/connect/v3/websocket/#quote-packet-structure is different from the one implemented in the official library https://github.com/zerodha/pykiteconnect/blob/master/kiteconnect/ticker.py#L746.
According to documentation, OHLC should be on location 28-44 whereas in code it is on location 8-24.
