Amount was deducted but now showing in Account

I subscribed for kite connect API for an account.
the amount was deducted from my account
but the credits have not been added to Account

    You can send an email to kiteconnect(at) with the payment id and email id with which you made the payment. Someone from the payments team will get back to you.

    At the time of payment, There was not any failed attempt or not any kind of error but still, it's not showing the credits in my developer account, Mail sent but didn't get any response yet.
