trying to calculate change in oi. but not able to.

hello all,

I am trying to calculate the change in oi, but getting some confusion in that.
I have attached two images below

in both images the open interest is different.
on Zerodha its showing 619750
and on the option-chain its showing 2479

why is it so, can anyone help me out with that, is there any reference to calculate the change in oi, please do reply on the thread.

Kite is showing the number of units whereas on the exchange website it is showing the number of lots.
