How to retrieve level 3 market depth data?

In kiteConnect api, quote() gives only 5 bid and 5 ask data. However, in the main Kite app, we have 25 bid and 25 ask data available, which they call level 3 data...see the link

Does anyone know how to retrieve that full list of market depth in the api? Thanks.

The level 3 data is not provided on Kite Connect because we didn't get the regulator approvals.
