Historical data issue

When sending historical data request to Zerodha getting error:

Insufficient permission for that call.

In Sunday we have renewed the account and on Monday it worked fine.
Today on Tuesday of 11th May 2021 we are facing this issue.

Please let us know how to fix this historical data issue.

    It seems like auto-renewal only happened for the Kite Connect app and not for historical data API.
    Did you have enough funds in the account? If yes, then did you have any open positions which were using the funds?
