"too many requests" error suddenly at middle of the day

Hi,
im getting too many requests error now and it was running fine from the start of the day.

The error line is

tickerProvider.connect();
where tickerProvider is an object of class KiteTicker.

Please find the error below.

Im not doing anything different from what i have been doing for so many days now.please let me know what caused this error or if it is an issue from your side.
