Funding for multiple apps (different zerodha ids for each)

I am trying to add a new app with a different zerodha id. This app too is taking it's funding from me. Is there a way to let the app charge it's own zerodha id, so that the owner of the account pays it's charge?

You will have to create another developer id and add that zerodha client id for auto-debits on the billing page.
