Order not completed, getting status : Validation Pending

I tried placing order for Banknifty CE i.e BANKNIFTY21MAY34800CE . Order was not completed, I got status as Validation Pending.

After Validation pending, the order goes to open pending at exchange. You can refer to
this documentation
to understand order cycle.
