How to idenetify the positions as closed.

Hi All,

Suppose I have taken the straddle position through API (no stoploss orders are placed) , but I am away from the software so I exited the position manually,
How does the software can detect this, I mean the is there any API call to check whether the positions are open or not ?

The software should not tries to close the positions, when the positions are manually closed by the user.

Yes, you can check all open positions. at any given time.
