reading POSTBACK data into python script

Hi Guys,
Anyone successfully using POSTBACK (create url at local server using ngrok) and able to fetch instant update, Please help me in this.
I can see POST/GET lines added to my postback url when any order executed. But I don't know how to read this information into my python script.
Any help in this is appreciated.

I have already followed above thread to setup postback. but somehow script "app.py" is not throughing out results in its log. it is empty file throughout (even if n numbers of orders executed).
any other reference ??
