Insufficient permission for this call while retreiving historical data

After getting the error of insufficient permission for this call i am getting the error as token is invalid or expired and i am not able to get the data.

Instrument token 3463169 for gmrinfra eq of nse is giving data earlier while connecting to kite zerodah api but right now it is showing as token is invalid or expired and i am not able to get the data.
Could you find out the instrument token for the same has been changed and also give me the link to download the csv containing list of instrument token number.

    You don't seem to have an active historical data subscription. You can go to developers console and subscribe for the same.

    But I am getting the historical data few days earlier without any subscription,But from last 3 to 4 days i am not getting the historical data

    In old Kite Connect version because of legacy reasons we were not authenticating.
