Order updates not received

We used postback URL ( https://9sapkyc5y4.execute-api.ap-south-1.amazonaws.com/dev/order/webhook ) but found that no order updates were received on our webhook api.
From your documentation https://kite.trade/docs/connect/v3/postbacks/ , its clear that order updates can also be received by websocket but from one of your thread https://kite.trade/forum/discussion/2102/postback-url-not-getting-triggered#latest , got to know that order updates are only available for orders placed via app.
Does the same also applies for webhooks ?

    Your assistance will be really helpful. Right now, I have set up a polling mechanism and it's a really tedious process.

    Postbacks over WebSocket receives, orders placed for a particular user anywhere, for any instance, web, mobile, or desktop platforms, are sent.
