Current candle data not receiving in Historical Data

Hi,
Current candle data not receiving in Historical Data if called on (12:25:15 or 12:30:05 or 10:20:25 etc )
After 45 seconds ie:(12:25:45 or 11:35:55 etc) able to get current candle
