This is first time we ran into critical issue in the last 1½ years. Other than today's issue, KiteNet has never failed.
We hope that KiteNet is the best when it comes to flexibility, reliability and stability.
Due to some flaw in our system, there was a malicious attack on server. The attack was such that we have to destroy our server and have to rebuild everything from backup. Since this was an unexpected issue and facing for the first time, we are unable to do anything immediately.
Other than wrapping API functions, KiteNet also contains custom algo code's of our clients. So KiteNet validates algo and client details from our server and enables client algo on successful validation. As our server is down, KiteNet unable to validate algo details which resulted in error.

@HowUTrade i am getting error while using placeorder function. The error is PermissionException: Insufficient permission for that call Can you please tell what is wrong. Is is due to this server rebuild??

This error is thrown by Kite server.
It may be due to;
API subscription expired or
Invalid Api Key & secret or
Invalid access token etc
